I work for a call center. Luckily I don't have to work in an office, we carried the work from home after the COVID restrictions ended. I love it, wouldn't ever want to step foot in an office again. The only downside is now I'm responsible for my own equipment. Not all of it, but anything above a cheap wired headset is on me. The quality of your phone can really make or break your work experience so I don't go cheap with my headsets. I was looking for a new one, and when I saw this one I had to try it.This is very similar to some of the bluetooth headsets I've had in the past, but nicer quality. It comes with several options for wearing, anything from just sticking the thing in your ear to over the ear pads to a full headset. I love having options, you can even change them throughout the day to prevent ear fatigue.Setup was simple for a wired connection. It comes with a power supply and a USB C cable, but you can just plug the USB cable in without the power cord. It does need the base to be powered in order to use it, so you can just connect with bluetooth. I don't mind the stand portion as this was going to live on my work desk, but keep in mind it isn't really meant to be portable.Once plugged in the headset connected to my computer and various software instantly and without any additional setup.Audio quality is pretty nice. I expected better, to be honest, things are a little muffled compared to my other work headset, but I could hear everyone and they could hear me clearly. It's not the selling point of these, but not so bad that it makes it harder to hear or understand.Overall I'm happy with this headset. As long as you know going in that this is something to leave at your desk, not something to travel with, then you likely won't be disappointed. I haven't had a chance to play with a lot of the extra features, but for the basics it does the job just fine.
